FSL Projects Limited provided Bank Monitoring Services on behalf of Barclays Bank. The scheme delivered a warehouse and office accommodation. The 110,000 sq.ft unit was bespoke to Tame Valley Logistics.

Overall the project was a huge success and there were only two challenges. Firstly, installation of the warehouse racking presented a few issues with setting out and secondly, the BT installation was fraught with delays which had a significant impact on the operation of the facility.

The services provided by FSL Projects were acknowledged by Barclays Bank to be one of the more competent roles undertaken for the Relationship Director.
