FSL Projects Limited were employed as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor to support International Fasteners Limited with the construction of their new 55,000 sq.ft warehouse and processing plant. Works had already commenced and we were required to prepare a cost to complete schedule for the funder.

The steel frame was second-hand and needed significant alterations to ensure it was suitable for the proposed scheme. Overall, the budget needed to be realigned to ensure the finished product met with the clients aspirations.

The completed scheme met with the clients wishes and whilst over the original budget, savings were made elsewhere to minimise the impact. FSL Projects Limited were instrumental in driving savings from the scheme whilst maintaining the ambitions of the project.
