To provide Project Management and Quantity Surveying services for a new sprinkler installation at a recycling plant in Coventry. Following the Fund Monitoring role, FSL Projects were appointed to directly manage the project to protect the new recycling plant.

Liaison with statutory utility providers always carries some risk. Liaison was therefore required with the water authority to ensure sufficient capacity was available to fill the sprinkler tank and maintain capacity should a fire break out.

The Project was delivered on time and within budget to provide an extensive sprinkler installation including water monitors and fire reels to deal with minor fires that happen on a regular basis.
